Joensuun seudun kansalaisopisto – taiteen perusopetus

Joensuu Region Adult Education Centre provides basic arts education for children and young people in visual arts, theatre, literary arts and circus. Visual arts begins with early-childhood art education (ages 4–6) and continues through either the general (500 h) or extended (1,300 h) syllabus; circus is offered in Joensuu. The activity covers the Joensuu region municipalities such as Kontiolahti, Liperi and Outokumpu.
