Sumanaliikunta (The Finnish Immigrant Women's Sports Association) organizes swimming courses for girls and women in Helsinki. The organization's goal is to promote the integration of immigrant women and their daughters through physical activity. Classes for girls (ages 7-17) are led by professional instructors in a safe and private environment.
