Tampereen Aikidoseura Nozomi ry is the oldest aikido club in Tampere; its children's and youth groups have around fifty practitioners aged 8-13 in different skill-level groups. Aikido is a Japanese martial art practised without competition and without harming the partner. Training takes place at Naashalli in Tampere.
