Family clubs offer shared activities for adults and children. Welcome to the family day! You can come whenever you like, no registration needed. At the church music group at 10 AM, we'll be bouncing babies on our knees and singing. We'll tie the name ribbons of baptised babies to the baptism tree. The family day offers a vegetarian soup lunch for 6€/family or sandwiches for 3€/family. Lunch is served approximately 10:30 AM–12 PM.

At the family club, you can meet other families from the area, chat, and share what's on your mind and your news. The family clubs are open to everyone, so feel free to come along, even with the whole family! Children always attend the club with their own adult, who is responsible for them. The program varies each time, but always includes familiar elements: play, singing, togetherness, a short devotional moment in the chapel, and a shared meal. The soup lunch costs 2 euros per family. Participation in the club is free of charge. You can arrive whenever suits you. There's no need to register for the family club in advance. The family club meets in the children's facilities at Korso Church. They have their own entrance from the Kotkansiipi car park side.
An open club for families with children at Rekolan kirkko on Fridays from 9 AM to 12 PM. It's an open club for families where you can come and spend the morning with other families with children. Coffee and tea are available. Church muskaris will start in conjunction with Perheolkkari on Friday, Sept 4th, 2026. Welcome to join.
The family club at Länsimäen kirkko meets upstairs on Fridays from 9 AM to 12 PM. There are games, pleasant time together, and morning coffee. An open and free muskari for everyone starts at 10 AM on Friday, Sept 4th. On muskari days, lunch, a vegetarian soup, is usually available from 10:30 AM (2-3€ per family). On Friday, Aug 28th, there will be a park muskari at Vaaralan pallokenttä at 10 AM, and no family club on that day. Also, during the autumn break week, on Friday, Oct 16th, there will be no family club.

Welcome to the Musiklek music group and meet other families! In the parish's Swedish-speaking music group, we sing freely and do rhythm activities. Children's age levels are taken into account as much as possible in mixed groups. The child/baby participates with a parent or, for example, a grandparent. The program is aimed at approximately 1-2 year olds, but babies are welcome to participate. The music group is about 30 minutes, and we can socialise and play afterwards. The music group is free of charge. Music leader Heidi Åberg leads the music group. Please register if you are interested in participating by emailing heidi.aberg@evl.fi; you can then come when it suits your morning. The music group also has a WhatsApp group for current info during the autumn and spring terms. After the play session, there's an option for a vegetarian soup lunch on the 1st floor (5€/family); lunch is organised in cooperation with Tikkurila srk.

The Kuunloiste Children's Choir is for primary school-aged children who love to sing and make music. Practices are on Wednesdays from 4–4:45 PM at Hakunilan kirkko. Everyone is welcome at Mikkola's evening family club! An evening family club is starting at Mikkolan seurakuntakoti, and all Korsola residents are welcome. The evening family club is a meeting place for different ages, offering peer support, shared activities, games, and songs. At the end of the evening, there's a chance to have evening porridge. The evening family club is open to everyone. So come join us, even with the whole family! You can arrive whenever suits you. There's no need to sign up for the family club in advance.
Vekarabändit are bands for 4-6 year olds, where children get to play a variety of band instruments. The bands meet on Thursdays from 3:30-4 PM and 4-4:30 PM at Hakunilan kirkko. In the baby and toddler groups, we'll dive fully into the world of music. The groups meet on Fridays at Länsimäen kirkko. Fridays, 9:30-10 AM: Toddlers (1-2 years). Fridays, 10:30-11 AM: Older babies (7-12 months). Fridays, 11:00-11:30 AM: Younger babies (0-7 months). During evening story time, we'll read Finnish stories. There will also be rhymes, songs, and games. Children participate with their own adult. During the autumn season 2026, the session will be held once a month. Evening story time schedule: Tuesdays, September 1, October 6, November 3, and December 1, from 6 PM to 6:30 PM. Welcome to sing karaoke in the Soittohuone (Music Room) at Tikkurila Library's music section. You can also just come to hang out and listen. The karaoke evening is led by a library employee. This event is primarily aimed at young people and young adults. The event follows safer space principles. No advance registration is needed.

Tikkurilan seurakunta is hosting a birthday party for everyone turning 10 this year! Happy 10th birthday! There are two party slots: 12-2 PM or 3-5 PM. The program is packed with fun, including Maddaleena's music and magic show, various activity workshops, a congratulatory speech, and party treats!
