In the Minecraft gaming groups, you’ll jump into the untamed and unpredictable wilderness of Minecraft with nothing but fellow gamers to rely on and face all the challenges posed by the game together with others! Everyone is welcome to hobby groups regardless of their language skills, functional capacity or past hobbies. We want to support the child’s participation in the best possible way. When registering, please let us know about the child’s support needs or other things that we need to take into account. This allows the hobby organiser to address children’s different needs. The Espoo Hobby Path offers popular, free-of-charge hobbies for children in grades 3–9, arranged after school days at school premises, near the school or via remote connection. The Espoo Hobby Path is a way of implementing the Finnish model for leisure activities in Espoo. The principles of a safer space are applied in the hobby groups.

These events are meant for 16-to-28-year-old women and girls while respecting gender self-identification and diversity. We speak both Finnish and English at the event. Events are held on Fridays on even-numbered weeks from 16:30 to 22:00. Are you interested in PC or console gaming in a safer space? Do you want to try out a VR headset? Are you looking for friends interested in the same things as you? Come and get your gaming on at this gaming event meant for women and girls! At other womens and girls' gaming nights we played Overwatch, Jackbox games and Mario Kart, what should we play this time? Gamehouse Sture has 20 powerful gaming PCs, Nintento Switch and Playstation 5 consoles, VR headsets and loads of board games. The event has youth workers (Siikku and Jonathan!) there to help you out with technical difficulties, choosing games and finding people to play game with. Playing with the PCs requires your own accounts, so make sure you know how to log in to your Steam, Epic or Battlenet account. You can download games to the PCs with our super-fast internet, as long as you have a license for it. PEGI 18 games are not allowed in the space due to there being under 18-year-olds present. We require the free Helsinki Youth Services membership card, more commonly known as Jässäri. The first time you visit you don't have to have everything ready, the youth workers can help you out! More information about Jässäri can be read here. More info: email: pelitalo@hel.fi Discord: siikkuohjaaja, jonttu_ohjaaja Instagram: PelitaloSture phone/WA: 0406433225 Directions on video
